8-16: News

I am done.

That's correct. I FINISHED the album. With a week and two days to spare. I've been working with mixing and making the volumes of the songs the same, but I have made it all sound as good as possible.

Some changes to the songs were made:

- You Were Meant now has some cool new drums, new vocals, and new sounds that make it sound cooler. It almost has some country-ish undertones...some banjo sounds and some light organ.

- Rain_Fire was stripped down and I basically went back to an older version I found of it. I like the almost 'muddy' sound of it...I can't explain it. It just sounds more full. Think The Arcade Fire.

- No Need to Speak has some new sounds - bells, koto, and shamisen to be precise.

So, it is official. Jet Sky Alley will debut on Itunes (and only Itunes (for now...)) on August 25.
