7-16: LATE night

So I thought I'd repost the cover to the album. The album is entitled Jet Sky Alley and features 12 original songs. My biggest influences are Imogen Heap, Coldplay, Vampire Weekend, John Mayer, Radiohead, Animal Collective, Simon & Garfunkel, and Sigur Ros...respectively...that's alot. But there's a bit of each of them in there. :)


I think you'll be pleased to know that another day has gone, and another song is DONE. On Our Way is great, and is the perfect driving song I wanted it to be - the closest I'll get to Miley Cyrus...haha. I even recorded my car starting tonight and put it in the song - what the heck? But it's just what it needed. You'll see what I mean - it fits the theme of the song. ANNNNddd you will hear the car sound in it. I promise.

There is a bit of the trumpet I promised layered deep in the chorus of the song. You MAY be able to hear it.

Cause + Cause is next on my list. I may do that tomorrow. Maybe.

Jet Sky Alley is remixed and remastered. Finally. It doesn't sound like a train wreck.
