7-12: Over a week later...

Well, I have some rather annoying news:

The program I've been using to record, mix, and master my music, Adobe Audition 3.0, has stopped working. It was a program my friend gave to me, and I guess with the new update, you have to have a certain code - and I didn't have it. So I'm going to have to end up buying a new version - that's $340+. YUCK. At least I have a job now, and my parents said they will pay half. But I can't do any work until I buy it. Great.

But in the past week or so, I HAVE gotten a lot done. I've been changing my mind about the songs on the album (AGAIIIIIN). I'm NOW thinking that The Visionary may not fit as well as I thought it did. I'm beginning to think that the song I started writing may be a better fit. It's called No Need to Speak. It's a very simple song, but I really like it.

I have the vocals down for Finding Eden, Jet Sky Alley, You Were Meant For the Skies, 11:11 (which I am busy tearing apart and putting back together), I Need You, Ghosts + Goblins, and Road to Now (which I may end up doing again...haha my poor perfectionism). That leaves Cause+Cause, Rain_Fire, Mega Parade, World, and No Need to Speak (which has to be started first...EEK).

So that's all for now. I promise once I get Audition up and running, I will be blogging much more often. :)

It's coming...please believe me, this album WILL happen.
